Shipping/Delivery

Indoorwallpaper we do our best to meet our consumers needs because we know how important it is to receive your purchased products on time! We ship all orders within 2 to 3 business days via US Postal or in some cases Fedex; we ship the products as soon as we receive payment. We charge base on the weight for all domestic orders that are under $150. 00. If you spend more than $150.00 on any orders we ship it to you for free

Custom orders may take 7 to 10 days to process and ship. We apologize for the delay ahead of time.

International Shipments

We use US Postal Air Mail for all of our International shipments, the rate of the intl rate is base on the weight of the pattern quantity for all our international shipping. Delivery time may vary based on location of our customers. Most of our consumers receive their product within 7 days and up to 2 weeks. Wait the full 14 business days before contacting us about shipments. 

Returns/Exchange

Our return policy is straight forward; any item to be returned must follow these steps.

• The item must be post dated 10 days from the date received
  
• All returned items should not be opened. It must be in original packaging.
• Customer is responsible for postage on any returns
• We charge 30% stocking fee on all return items
  
• The customer pays for the return freight
• Patterns viewed on a computer screen might be slightly different when you receive it, we recommend you order samples

Cancel Orders

Once your order reaches our warehouse, we can not cancel the order! If you wish to cancel any order that is in our warehouse for processing, Please send an email through our Contact-Us form. We will contact you right away for the cancellation.

Payment

We accept payment via PayPal, VISA, MC, AMEX,  Discover and Google Checkout from all customers.

Your Credit Card will be charged at the time of order. We do accept PayPal express and any prepaid credit or debit cards.
